What we do with your data
Short, because it is.
Check your date
When you enter a date on the site, we only ask our calendar whether that day is free. You get "available" or "booked" back. We receive a short notification that a date was checked, with only the date and the occasion, no names or contact details.
Booking an introduction call
If you fill in the form, we keep what you enter: your names, the date, the occasion and times, a phone number or email address, and optionally the venue, extra options and a message. We use it for one thing: contacting you about your wedding.
Your request is stored on our own server in the European Union and reaches Furkan Babur as a notification. We never sell your data and do not send newsletters.
How long
If it doesn't become a booking, we delete the request within six months. If it does, we keep the data as long as we need it for the job and our records.
Measuring ads with Meta
We advertise on Instagram and Facebook. To see which ads actually lead to enquiries, we report to Meta (the company behind Instagram and Facebook) that someone checked an available date or booked an introduction call, and that an online invitation was paid. We include the click code from the ad, the IP address and the browser, and for a booking or payment the email address and phone number in hashed form, so Meta cannot read them but can match them to an account. We do not send names, dates or messages.
Cookies
If you choose "Accept" in the notice at the bottom of the site, we also load the Meta pixel. It sets cookies to link visits and enquiries to ads and to show an ad later to people who visited the site. If you choose "Necessary only", we set no cookies. We only remember your choice in your browser. Fonts and photos come from our own hosting.
