What we do with your data
Short, because it is.
Check your date
When you enter a date on the site, we only ask our calendar whether that day is free. You get "available" or "booked" back. We receive a short notification that a date was checked, with only the date and the occasion, no names or contact details.
Booking an introduction call
If you fill in the form, we keep what you enter: your names, the date, the occasion and times, a phone number or email address, and optionally the venue, extra options and a message. We use it for one thing: contacting you about your wedding.
The request is stored on our own server in the European Union and reaches Furkan Babur as a notification. We share your data with no one and don't use it for ads or newsletters.
How long
If it doesn't become a booking, we delete the request within six months. If it does, we keep the data as long as we need it for the job and our records.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. Fonts and photos come from our own hosting, not from Google or any other company.
Your rights
Want to know what we have on you, or have it deleted? Email info@pixartproduction.nl. We respond within thirty days.
